Why my mac can not access the Internet even though it has been connected to the WiFi? But other devices connected to the same WiFi can access the Internet.

If you happen to meet this problem, the following methods may help.

Method 1: Try to Change the DNS Settings.

Step 1: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.

Step 2: Click Network.

Step 3: Then click on Advanced. You will see this in the bottom-right corner of the window.

Step 4: Click DNS, then click the Add button at the bottom of the DNS Servers list.

Step 5: Then click on the plus icon (+). You will see this at the bottom of the DNS Servers pane.

Below is a short list of commonly used public DNS servers. Secondary DNS servers can be added to add a layer of redundancy.

Method 5: Try to Use USB 2.0 Port Instead of USB 3.0 Port

Due to frequency interference, the working frequency of USB3.0 and the WiFi frequency of Mac may interfere with each other, causing the Mac to fail to connect to WiFi. If you need to use the USB interface, please try to buy a USB 2.0 Hub to avoid interference problems.
